- Clearance items
- Gift cards
- Health and safety products (e.g., face masks, personal care items)
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Customer Support: Email us at support@shoppingmarrts.store with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the product. Returns sent without an RA number will not be accepted.
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.
- Return Address: Please send your return to the address provided by our customer service team.
3. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If your return is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Sale items are eligible for a return if they meet the same conditions outlined in this policy. However, if the item was marked as final sale at the time of purchase, it is not eligible for a return or refund.
